Our mushroom cultivation expert, Malika Hamel,  will be offering this full-day, advanced-level course on how to cultivate both oyster and button mushrooms. Originally from North Africa where her family operates a successful mushroom-growing business, Malika is happy to share her deep knowledge and many years of experience to guide you through all the steps required for mushroom cultivation. We’ll explore essential tools and equipment, various mediums, how to prepare, spawn, inoculate and incubate for both species and their specific cultivation temperature requirements. Please note: This is NOT a beginner-level course, and some background understanding of fungi is required in order to get the most value from this workshop.
