MALIKA HAMEL

MALIKA HAMEL  has many years of experience growing  various species of mushrooms with her family business, HAMEL’S MUSHROOMS. With a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Algeria, she has also accumulated extensive laboratory experience, perfecting the mushroom cultivation process.

 

Malika brings along her passion and knowledge, together with her desire to use recycled mediums such as coffee grounds, to inspire the urban homeowner to create their own micro-mushroom farms and supply themselves with fresh, nutritious mushrooms.
